Join the Toronto Concert Band at Glenn Gould Studio on Saturday, June 13th at 7:30 PM for Horns of Plenty! – a rich musical feast that showcases the ensemble’s artistic breadth, with a program ranging from Bach to Piazzolla and plenty of surprises in between.
Highlights include Robert Russell Bennett’s Suite of Old American Dances, Astor Piazzolla’s genre-bending Libertango featuring a TCB soloist on accordion, and the world premiere of Here’s to Ten More – a thrilling new work by Canadian composer David DeDourek, commissioned by the TCB.
